GRANT BLANCHARD – CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Grant BlanchardGrant was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2010. He brings to CorProfit the depth of his experience at the management level of digital organizations.

Grant’s strength as a visionary have led him to building organizations from the ground up and leading them to become multi-million dollar global enterprises.

As founder and later Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Quickcut, Grant’s vision was to supply advertisers with the highest quality product art and images. Following years of R&D, Quickcut evolved into a global company offering the most advanced print advertising electronic file validation and delivery system on the market today.

Grant also holds positions on a number of boards.

IAN ABRAHAMS – FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

Ian AbrahamsThe recognition of Ian’s contribution into the development of a corporate risk management system for one of Australia’s largest insurance groups was the catalyst that led to the formation CorProfit Systems in 1997.

The strategic nature of Enterprise Risk Management as a powerful business tool drives the demand for Ian’s involvement with boards and executives globally.  Ian believes that the strength of an effective methodology must be complemented by suitable software to enable staff at all levels to take advantage of risk management.

Ian provides mentoring services to assist CFO, CRO and other risk management champions to increase the effectiveness of their risk management operations including the review of established frameworks, implementation of new systems, analysis and reporting.

In the capacity of Visiting Fellow, Ian was invited to lecture in project management and risk management to undergraduate and postgraduate students at the University of NSW and Macquarie University.

During his career Ian has consulted and advised on risk management to private and public corporations and governments globally. As a representative of the Risk Management Institute of Australasia, on the Standards Committee OB7, authoring AS/NZ 4360 Standard (the precursor to ISO31000), Ian also sat in sub-committees in the development of Corporate Governance Guidelines and the Risk Tolerance Hand Guide.

Ian is the author of Risk Management – A Practical Approach, published in 2004.

Ian holds a Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering, University of Witwatersrand (Johannesburg) and a Master of Engineering Science, University of NSW, Construction & Engineering Management

HANA VANO – TRAINING & IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER

Hana VanoHana has been working at CorProfit for the last five years, helping organizations take the first steps in risk management, as well as assisting others increase the maturity and take up of risk management. In her role, Hana has worked with organizations across a wide range of sectors including insurance, finance, utilities, local government, education and government agencies.

Prior to joining CorProfit Hana worked with OPTUS Communications and IBM as a business analyst involved in project management, risk analysis, customer training, software implementation as well as optimisation of workflows and processes.

Hana holds a Bachelor of Economics from University of Economics (Czechoslovakia – Bratislava) and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Australia)

GIL NAFTE – SENIOR CONSULTANT

Gil NafteGil is an experienced executive with thirty five years in the IT industry and has held positions at senior management level and a consultant for large multinationals.

Meeting and exceeding client’s objectives through improvements in management, new technology, productivity, service, business process change and cost control has been at the forefront of Gil’s career.

Gil has a strong expertise in consulting, technology, marketing, project management, business analysis, electronic commerce, account management, vendor management and infrastructure.

During the last five years Gil’s role at CorProfit has included product management and engagement management.

As part of CorProfit’s commitment to the ongoing development and innovation of the flagship product KnowRisk, Gil has played an active role in product research and stakeholder engagement to ensure that product deliverables are relevant and provide a genuine competitive edge.
